After a rewarding 30+year career in executive leadership roles, developing leaders and teams while changing organizations to be more impactful and sustainable, I am now focusing my work on strategic advisory roles in boards of directors and community organizations. In October, I was appointed to the City of Charleston's Commission on Women to share my knowledge and expertise in Workforce Learning & Development (L&D), Diverse and Equitable Organizational Leadership, and Inclusive Organizational Culture & Development.
I started Rogers Consulting in 2015 to share my leadership knowledge and experience through consulting and facilitating professional development courses. Pre-Covid, I travelled all over the U.S. and Canada to deliver in-person training and consultation. Post-Pandemic, my facilitation is mostly virtual with some in-person for leadership cohort programs and offsite meetings. A self-proclaimed extrovert, I am energized by in-person facilitation, and I have honed my virtual technical and gamification skills to deliver interactive virtual facilitation. I now appreciate the inclusivity that introverts have expressed feeling in my virtual trainings.
In addition to extensive business development experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations, I read people and organizational culture to strategize how to improve both. I analyze, present, and publish qualitative and quantitative data to create and improve organizational ROI and KPIs. Strategic thinking and implementation are my strengths, and I want to advise organizations to improve in our rapidly changing society as Change Leaders in addition to Change Managers for sustainable growth.
Please share this post in your social media feeds so that organizations that are seeking women advisors and board members in these areas of expertise can find me. Thank you for sharing and Happy Holidays!
